Passionate tennis strength and conditioning coach, dad of five children, and unbeatable at table tennis.  He loves working with youth athletes and acting as their ambassador for growth on and off the tennis court.

About Me:

Professor of Nutrition at Syracuse University, mom, former athlete and coach, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with her experience in athletic performance nutrition and weight management.  She enjoys playing doubles and singles tennis in USTA leagues, weight lifting, yoga, and basically anything and everything active and outdoors.

Assess, diagnose, and solve all of your athlete's footwork and movement issues.  


Owner, Travis Tolbert, will analyze the athlete's tennis matchplay video and will take the athlete through a movement screening assessment.  This assessment will take the athlete through different groundstrokes and tennis-specific movements to diagnose exactly what the athlete needs assistance and guidance with.


From there, Travis will break down and provide a recommended course of action to solve your athlete's footwork and movement problems.

Developed with USTA Jr. National Head Coach and former ATP Pro, Janusz Conradi,  this 10-week program includes and teaches the athlete the specific movement needs of tennis.
